Refund policy

We have a 14 day returns policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then be able to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

14-day statutory cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
